Yes, we will ship to any country, worldwide. Please reach out if you are unable to checkout.
Prices vary by location, weight, size, and carrier. We use calculated rates for the majority of items sold here.
Order processing time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) and Transit time is 2-5 business days (Monday to Friday).
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return any unused item within 30 days of receipt of delivery for a full refund of the product. Shipping cannot be refunded.
Unfortunately, we cannot return or refund any used items.
We do not offer refunds on electrical components.
Once we receive your returned item, we will process the refund within 1-2 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account.

Defective or damaged items: No cost, we cover them from our end.
Customer remorse: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
We normally do not charge a restocking fee for items. However, there may be a restocking fee charged for items that are not received in originally packaging. There may be a restocking fee charged on items that are not branded "Titanium Surron". Examples include TB products, Grit Shift, Rev Rides, etc.
