We have a 30-day Money back guarantee Return & Refund policy for all Titanium Surron brand hardware.

We work with many online retailers that may have differences in polices, which will be listed directly below.

For EXT suspension orders that are canceled, there will be a $200 non-refundable fee applied.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 

Returns
To start a return, you can contact us at info@titaniumsurron.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, I accept returns on normal orders placed through website.
No returns on special orders-- all sales are final.
No returns on batteries and controllers-- all sales are final.

How can customers return your products?
By use of a return label that will be emailed.

How will customers get the return label?
Download/print from email.

Product conditions that you allow for returns. 
New and unused only.

What is the restocking fee?
No restocking fee on orders placed through website that are not special orders.
Up to 20% restocking fee on special orders, if refund is accepted.

How much will customers pay for return shipping?
-Defective or damaged items: No cost to the buyer.
-Customer remorse: Buyer is responsible for shipping to and from the destination.

Exchanges
Exchanges are handled through a refund only. We cannot swap one product for a separate, without refunding original order amount first.

What if the product I received is defective?
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please contact our customer support team immediately after receiving your order, and we will gladly assist you in resolving the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer to file a shipping claim, a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method immediately, but payment providers may take 5-7 business days to fully process the refund.
