Talaria MX3/MX4 Complete Kit | Full-Body Titanium + Tech E39

Built for a Talaria Sting MX3 or MX4 running a Tech Suspension E39 fork by Formula, this complete kit pairs the Grade 5 full-body titanium bolt kit with the 17-piece E39 fork bolt kit.

Options: choose the full-body kit color, the caliper bolt size (MX3/MX4 standard 20mm caliper bolts for 203mm rotor, MX4 30mm caliper bolts for 220mm rotor, or MX5) and the fork bolt kit color.

Tech E39 fork hardware

The Tech Suspension E39 fork titanium bolt kit replaces 3 upper crown bolts, 4 lower crown bolts, 4 axle-pinch bolts and 6 mud guard and plastics bolts. The plastics bolts are Allen head, even though the listing photos show Torx heads. The kit is rated 40% lighter than OEM; verify all torques before installing.

MX body kit: gearbox, triangle and motor mounts

On the frame side, the Talaria MX3/MX4/MX5 full-body kit includes the M10 lower rear gearbox mount bolt, the M8 lower triangle mount bolt, left and right motor mount bolts and both rear shock bolts, plus peg pins and the M12 axle nut. Compare other bikes in titanium full-body bolt kits for e-moto.
